Here’s what to expect from your 90-minute session:

1. Arrive in comfort and privacy — sessions take place in a safe, private space in Docklands, Melbourne.

2. Be guided into the Crystal Dreaming® state — lying within a mandala of crystals, I’ll gently guide you into expanded awareness.

3. Journey deeply — together we release trauma, explore past lives and connect with higher realms.

4. Return grounded and refreshed — after your session, you’ll be offered light refreshments, tea and water to help integrate and settle your energy.
